Beginner Meditations
Morning Blessing of the Energy Centers
Beginner ยท Phase 1This is your first and most important meditation. It systematically moves awareness through each of the 8 energy centers while cultivating elevated emotions associated with each one. It builds the foundational skill of sustained attention and begins the process of clearing suppressed energy from the centers.
The most common mistake here is "going through the motions" โ repeating the words and visualizations without actually generating the corresponding emotion. Dispenza is explicit: feeling is the signal, not the visualization. If you're not feeling anything, slow down and stay at one center until something shifts.
Body-Part Tuning In
Beginner ยท Phase 2This meditation develops interoception โ your ability to sense inside your body. You progressively move awareness to different body parts, which trains the anterior insular cortex and builds the internal sensing capacity required for the more advanced energy work.

Space Awareness Meditation

Space awareness trains you to place your attention in the space around your body โ and then to expand that space infinitely in all directions. The result is a dissolution of the body's perceived boundaries, which Dispenza connects to entering the quantum field.
This meditation is the gateway to theta states. Most people who report profound experiences credit this meditation as the turning point. It is also the most commonly rushed โ people want the experience before they've built the capacity.
Walking Meditations
Intermediate ยท Phase 3Walking meditations bridge the sitting practice into daily life. They train you to maintain elevated emotional states while the body is in motion and the senses are receiving external information โ a much harder neurological task than sitting in silence. This is the Phase 3 skill that makes the advanced work possible.
Advanced Meditations
Pineal Gland Meditation
Advanced ยท Phase 4This is Dispenza's most advanced meditation, working with the pineal gland as what he describes as a "third eye" transducer of higher-dimensional information. It involves prolonged theta states, internal breath work (a form of Kundalini-adjacent technique), and precise energy directing through the brain.
The experiences reported from this meditation โ light phenomena, out-of-body sensations, profound peace โ are real and documented in his EEG studies. They are also meaningless without the conceptual and experiential foundation of the earlier phases.
Coherence Healing
Advanced ยท Phase 4Coherence Healing is a group practice where experienced practitioners enter elevated states collectively and direct healing intention toward a recipient.
