Follow the sequence. The work compounds.
Foundation: Understanding the Mind
Before you meditate effectively, you need to understand why you're meditating. Without the framework, the practice feels arbitrary and results feel random. Phase 1 builds the map so every subsequent practice has a destination.
- Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself — Chapters 1–6
- Focus on Part I: "The Science of You"
- Take notes. Re-read Ch. 4 at minimum twice.
- One meditation only: Morning Blessing of the Energy Centers
- Daily — no exceptions, minimum 14 consecutive days
- Morning, before checking phone or email
- Rewired (Gaia series) — Episodes 1–4 only
- One episode per week, take notes
- Gaia subscription required (~$12/month)
- Daily: 3 personality traits you want to leave behind
- Daily: 3 emotions of your new self you want to feel
- Weekly: Note any body sensations or synchronicities
Practice: Entering the Gap
By now your nervous system knows what stillness feels like. Phase 2 deepens the practice — adding body awareness, space perception, and the beginning of the quantum field conceptual work. This is where the identity shift starts in earnest.

- Add: Body-Part Tuning In (week 6)

Embodiment: Elevated Emotion
This is the phase most people never reach — and it's where the real work happens. Phase 3 is about moving the practice from the meditation cushion into your body and daily life. Heart coherence, walking meditations, and the first structured course.

Advanced: Quantum Work
Phase 4 is ongoing. There's no endpoint — only deeper layers. This phase introduces the most advanced practices: Pineal Gland meditations, live events, and the Coherence Healing practitioner work. None of these should be attempted without the foundation of Phases 1–3.
