Two courses are most commonly recommended to Dispenza beginners: Rewired on Gaia and the Progressive Mind & Body course from his website. Both are legitimately valuable. But they serve different purposes, and choosing the wrong one first wastes both time and money.

Rewired (Gaia series)

Rewired is a 10-episode docuseries on Gaia. Each episode is approximately 30 minutes and combines Dispenza lecturing to a live audience with animations and short practical segments.

  • Cost: Gaia subscription (~$12/month — Rewired is included)
  • Format: Video, passive watching
  • Duration: ~5 hours total across 10 episodes
  • Level: True beginner — assumes no prior knowledge
  • Meditations included: No — you need to purchase separately

Progressive Mind & Body

Progressive Mind & Body is a structured self-paced online course hosted on Dispenza's website. It includes video lessons, guided meditations specific to each module, and a detailed curriculum.

  • Cost: One-time purchase (~$297–$397 depending on package)
  • Format: Video lessons + included meditations
  • Duration: 8 modules — designed for 8 weeks
  • Level: Beginner-intermediate — benefits from prior exposure to his concepts
  • Meditations included: Yes — multiple guided meditations included

The verdict: which to do first

Start with Rewired if you are in your first 60 days. It is lower cost, more accessible, and gives you the conceptual foundation at a pace that does not overwhelm. Move to Progressive Mind & Body after completing Rewired and establishing a 30–60 day daily meditation practice.

The most common mistake

Buying Progressive Mind & Body as your first purchase, rushing through the modules in two weeks, and wondering why nothing changed. The course is not a shortcut — it is a structured deepening of a practice you already have. Without the practice, the modules are just more content.

What about the other courses?

Unlocking the Unlimited Mind is the most advanced online course — do not start here. It is designed for people who have completed Progressive Mind & Body and have 3–6 months of daily practice. The Week Long recordings are similarly an advanced resource. Start with Rewired, establish practice, then Progressive Mind & Body. In that order.
